Well, this is the second time I'm doing this post, 'cause my draft randomly vanished, so hopefully I don't forget anything. It's Sunday again, so that means work tomorrow, but it also means I got to enjoy brunch this morning, Game of Thrones and the season finale of Once Upon a Time and the series finale of Revenge are all coming up this evening, and it also means that it's time for my weekly fitness update! Here goes.

First thing I wanted to talk about is my daily steps count. I've managed to keep my streak going for 21 days now, which is pretty great. The other cool thing about this is that this past week I actually had four days with steps over 13000. It's kind of awesome for me. I'm thinking about raising my daily step goal, but I still tend to struggle on weekends getting the 10000, so I'm going to leave things how they are for now.
On the workout front, I've managed to keep things going at the same pace. I added some squats and burpees in to my second workout this week again, and I still really don't like the burpees. They're kind of exhausting, but that's probably a good sign. I didn't do as many this time, 'cause I added them on to the end of my workout and I ran out of time, so I didn't feel the burn quite so bad in the days afterwards. So I'm going to double down on that and make sure I get the best out of my workouts.
Otherwise, there's not much else to report. I'm still fluctuating around the same weight. I know I need to get in more cardio to help with that, and probably the burpees will help with that too. If only because they make me want to puke. But I'll need to start doing something else soon.
I went for a walk in Burnaby Lake Park yesterday, which is always a beautiful place to get in my daily steps. But I also saw a couple of geese with their goslings hanging out, so I'm gonna leave you with a picture of the cuteness. Have a great week!
