Sunday has arrived once again, so it's time for my Sunday Fitness Update. Sadly, I don't have much to say, but as I've said many times, this is about keeping accountable.

I talked about excuses last week, but the heat is a good excuse. All of my motivation just gets entirely sapped away when it gets so hot out. And the heat hasn't really let up. I've managed to keep my steps streak up, but that's about it. 

This week is probably going to be along the same lines. Not necessarily because of the heat, but because I'll be traveling and probably won't have time to do any working out or running. I will almost definitely get more than enough steps, though, 'cause this is the week that Andrea, her Mum and I head off to San Diego Comic-Con! And based on previous experience, we will get a lot of walking in.

And that's really all I've got for this week. I'll try to pick things up after Comic-Con is over, and I'll try to keep up my blog while I'm gone with reports of our Comic-Con adventures!
