Once again, it's Sunday, and I need to post my latest update. I was going to beat myself up about having an off week, but that's all it is, an off week. I'll make sure to pick things up again this week. Anyway, here's my update. 

March 29-April 4

I only got one workout in, and I missed my steps on Friday, breaking my streak again. I thought about going to the gym for a second Tim this week, but I just wasn't feeling it on Thursday, and then I was just kind of lazy for the first half of the long weekend. Like I said above, I could beat myself up about it, but I'm not going to. If I felt like I needed a break, I probably did, and pushing myself will just wear me out and get me sick again, and I don't want that.

So this week I should be feeling recharged from the long weekend, so I'm gonna push it to get in my steps and my workouts. Otherwise, no crazy goals. I might put up my chin-up bar again. It's been a while since I used that. But we'll see. I'll probably just stick to my gym workouts.
