Alrighty. I'm happy to say that it was a better week this past week. I set out with a plan and I followed through. It's nothing amazing, but I feel like I'm back on track, which is good.

I got in both my workouts without too much struggling to get up on time. There was a bit of a struggle getting through the workouts, but I managed it, and I think I can continue on. I also managed to keep my step count up all week. I came close to letting my streak die yesterday, but I fought through the fatigue and went for an evening walk and kept it alive. This week I'm going to try to keep it going. Two workouts, lunchtime and/or evening walks, and whatever else.
I bought a new shirt yesterday that will be good for running, so I'll need to get back to run training again soon. It used to be so easy when I worked part-time, I could run in the morning before work. But even with the days getting longer, it's still dark before I have to get ready for work, so I'm struggling with figuring out when to fit it in.
Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with the way things are going. And that's really what this is all about: feeling good about myself.
