It's Sunday again, and I've had such a weird weekend that I almost forgot to post my weekly fitness update. Because I'm about to go to bed, I'm going to keep this brief. 

April 5-11

  • Change: +0.1 kg

The week was going fine until Friday. I should have gotten up early to go to the gym for my second workout of the week, but I had the day off work to take Rob to the hospital for surgery, so I slept in a bit. I figured I'd go later or on Saturday instead. I don't really feel like going into it, but basically, that didn't happen.

I really didn't get any sleep all weekend, so that meant I had no energy and no desire to go to the gym. I broke my steps streak, missed my second workout, and generally just didn't have a good week. And I'm not terribly confident about this week either. We'll see how it goes, but I'm gonna give myself a bit of a break and focus on making next week a good week, fitness-wise, instead.
