Once again, it's Sunday, so it's check-in time. I almost forgot about doing this post, I was out enjoying the beautiful weather, and then it was dinner time, and Walking Dead time. But now it's update time, so here goes.

February 8-14

  • Starting Weight: 77.5 kg
  • Ending Weight: 78.1 kg
  • Change: +0.6 kg
  • Total Change: -0.3 kg

So, this week was another one that I just wasn't feeling it. I'm calling it a hiccup. I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I'm just going to move on and try to do better. I don't feel like setting any lofty goals for the week. I'm just going to try to get back into my groove.

I only got in the one workout last week, so this week I'm going to try to get back to my two. I'm going to put in the effort to get my steps every day. And I'll from there. And the weather is looking good, so maybe this is finally my week to get back to Zombies, Run! 5k Training. I know I can do it. It's just wanting to do it.
