Soooo this week I went the wrong direction as far as weight goes. I did manage to keep up with two workouts, but only got my steps in during the work week and not the weekends. I noticed that I wasn't feeling all that sore after my workouts this week, so it might be time to push myself some more. I feel a bit disappointed with this week, but all I can do is look forward.
It looks like I might need to make some other changes to my routine in order to see some real change happen. Getting more cardio might help. And I'm sure that the more I work out, the more I will be able to push myself, and I'll begin to see more of a change. But I might finally have to make some changes to my diet as well. I don't have a terrible diet, but I could probably cut out some sugar and add more veggies to the mix. We'll see.
For this week, I'm not going to make any changes to the plan. I'm going to push to get my steps in seven days in a row, which means getting off my ass even if I'm not feeling great. I'm going to stick to working out two days this week, but I know that I can push myself harder than I did last week. I'll have to do some research before my next workout.
