Another week, another update!

January 18-24

  • Change: -0.3 kg
  • Total Change: -0.8 kg

So I feel a little bit better about this week. Not that there was a huge change in weight or anything, but I stuck to my plan and managed to get two workouts in during the week. That plus the continued effort to get 10000 steps every day will hopefully see some real results over time.

Tuesday and Friday morning I got up early and went to the gym. I'm still not really sure what I'm doing, but I'm going to stick with it. Andrea pointed me towards Neila Rey's various workouts, so maybe that's my next step in this getting fit adventure. I missed my 10000 steps on Saturday, due to being in bed/on the couch sick all day, so my 12-day streak getting my steps was broken.

My plan is to do a repeat of last week, and go from there. Again, Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday seem to be pretty balanced days to get it done. So that's my plan! And that's my update. Not terribly exciting, but it's about accountability!
